05USAGE
Tokens and plan limits
The client sees a fixed plan. Tokens are included within that plan’s limits on our side. Overage is a top-up, or the client can bring their own key.
Client-owned Meta & WhatsApp
Clients connect their own Meta and WhatsApp accounts. We do not run their ad accounts. We enable what their connected APIs support — no promise that every WhatsApp feature is live before Business verification and channel connect.
Content approvals
Default globally: WhatsApp plus in-panel approve before publish. Telegram is for demos and for AIME Lite approvals. After about two successful publishes, you can switch that step to auto-publish while keeping an audit trail.
WhatsApp Business in production
Live WhatsApp Business usually requires the client’s Meta Business / WhatsApp Business setup when you go to production. Pilots can start quickly on Telegram; production WA goes live when their Business account and our connect steps are complete.

Yes. Each product stands alone. Many teams start with one line and add the others when workflows connect.
Do you operate the client’s Meta ads?+
No. Clients connect their own Meta and WhatsApp accounts. We do not run their ad accounts.
How fast can Showroom go live?+
Self-serve is $0 setup with included instructions — you configure any vertical (catalog, formulas, templates). Optional done-for-you load is $300 one-time. Monthly is $199 or $299 by quote/request quota.
What happens when we exceed token limits?+
The commercial plan stays fixed for the client. Usage beyond the included pool is a top-up, or they bring their own key.
Is human approval required forever?+
No. Default is WhatsApp plus in-panel approve before publish. AIME Lite approves via Telegram. After roughly two successful approvals, teams often enable auto-publish for that content type while keeping logs.
